You can cancel a Mattress Dreamzzz order at any time before a shipping label has been created for it, and you can return a delivered order within 30 days if it meets the conditions below. This page explains how both work and when your refund arrives.
Cancelling an order
You have the right to cancel your order at any time before a shipping label for that order has been created.
To cancel, send us a clear statement of your decision by email to info@mattressdreamzzz.com. Please include your order number so we can find it quickly.
We will refund you no later than 7 days from the day your order is cancelled. We use the same means of payment you used for the order, and you will not be charged any fee for the refund.
Returning a delivered order
To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- the order was delivered in the last 30 days;
- the order is in its original packaging;
- the order was not used or damaged; and
- you have the receipt or proof of purchase for the order.
We reserve the right to refuse the return of any order that does not meet these conditions, at our sole discretion.
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning an order to us. Once we receive your claim we will tell you where to send the product. We cannot be held responsible for an order that is returned in damaged condition or lost in transit, so we recommend an insured and trackable mail service — we are unable to issue a refund without actually receiving the order.
Once the order is on its way back to us, email the return tracking number and carrier to info@mattressdreamzzz.com.
We will refund you no later than 14 days from the day your order is returned, using the same means of payment you used for the order, with no fee to you.
Shipping and delivery
Mattress Dreamzzz delivers within the United States only. Our checkout accepts US delivery addresses only, so we are not able to send an order to an address outside the US. Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum order value, and orders arrive 3 to 14 days after confirmation depending on the product and where it is going. Full details are on our Shipping page.
